Set across 640 sqm, the thermal and bathing wing centres on an elevated indoor saltwater pool (46.8 sqm) with 360° Red Sea views. A trio of heat rituals follows: the Finnish Sauna (80 to 95°C), the Bio-Sauna or Sanarium (50 to 65°C) with chromotherapy and aromatic ritual, and the hammam-inspired Steam Room (42 to 48°C), completed by an ice plunge (−6°C to −12°C), two whirlpools and two ice bucket showers, all glass-walled above the sea.
