• Serry Beach Villas is not offered on an all-inclusive basis. Villa guests have full access to every dining venue across all three hotels, charged on consumption. Serry Beach House is adults-only, minimum age 16; villa guests travelling with children under 16 retain full access to Serry Beach Resort venues and to all Collection facilities open to every age.
• The Rooftop Terrace is the collective name for the Collection's rooftop dining, spanning both Serry Beach Resort and Serry Beach House: Badiya, Zaafran, Safar, Sokar, Gamar, Bustan and Sabil. It is reached from Souk and is open to visiting guests as well as those staying with us.
